Nina’s Journal
My journal started at Kripalu in Lenox Massachusetts.
I completed the 2nd of 4 modules required for my 500 hour yoga teacher training. I carried my journal for 6 months looking for the perfect opportunity to launch – and I found it in my teacher – Sudha. Grace, compassion and love with a beautiful sense of humor. She is a physical manifestation of love. Pure and simple.
